I am a Web designer, Web developer, Digital Marketer and SEO Practioner with many years of experience in print and digital media.
Who Am I?
My Story
I am Azeez Adeyemi Majekodunmi, FSS. I was born in Abeokuta but raised in Ijara-Isin, Kwara and Bariga, Lagos, Nigeria. I finished my secondary education at Ajayi Crowther Memorial Grammar School, Bariga, Lagos.
I began my printing career as an apprentice in Bariga. I later started my own business, registering Abdulazeez Majekodunmi Nigeria Enterprises at 20, also in Bariga, before joining the Nigerian Airforce.
I served in the Nigerian Air Force for many years and was honoured with the National Medal FSS (Force Service Star).
In the mid-90s, I singlehandedly disarmed and arrested four armed robbers with the support of residents in Meiran Ijaye, Lagos.
Academically, I distinguished myself at Kaduna Polytechnic, where I received three best student awards during my Print Certificate, National Diploma, and Higher National Diploma programs.
I later served as the Deputy Head of Department at the Printing Workshop in NAFRC, Oshodi, Lagos- Nigeria.
My academic journey continued abroad, earning a BA (Hons) in Print and Digital Media (2:1) from the Dublin Institute of Technology, now the University of Technology, Dublin, Ireland. I also obtained an MSc in Strategic Media Development from Malmo University, Sweden.
Additionally, I hold expert print and prepress certifications from PrintPromotion in Germany and a Google certification in Digital Marketing.
Professionally, I have a diverse professional background; I worked as a printer at the Work Production Centre, Command and Staff College, now AFCSC, Jaji, for ten years.
I also have experience working as a printer for one of the best printing companies in the UK and served as a security officer and CCTV operator for various security companies in the UK.
In Sweden, I worked as a website designer and social media manager for a company in Malmo. I also held a position as a security officer for another company in Sweden.
I code and develop responsive websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I also work with frameworks like Bootstrap and React. As a web designer, I also work with web platforms like WordPress, WebFlow, and Wix.
I am a father, a humanist, and a lover of truth. I am a website designer and digital marketer dedicated to helping business owners establish an online presence and effectively reach their target audience.
